I contacted Noelle in May to inquire about renting a lift chair for my upcoming surgery. I was traveling to St. Louis from out of town. I was not sure where we were staying. So I contacted Noelle several times until our hotel location was determined. My communication with Noelle was always prompt and courteous. Pricing was very competitive. I rented a lift chair for 11 days. Delivery and pick was also prompt and the delivery employees courteous as well. I was checking out the day of pickup and they were there early so I could make it to my doctor’s appointment before my departure. I would recommend this company for anyone needing medical equipment. When I broke my ankle and needed a knee scooter, they not only rented them, but delivered it too!! The service was quick, friendly, and compassionate.
